Power down your device. Put it in a bag of rice or absorbent gel and get it to us as quickly as possible.

What we do
We will open the device and clean all connections and components to remove oxidation. Then we let everything air dry for a couple of hours. Once all is dry we start to assess the condition of the phone. Sometimes the cleaning is all that's needed to get the device up and running. But if we are successful in getting the device to power on there is often some component that will have failed (typically the battery or the screen). We will assess what needs to be replaced, give you the quote, and you decide what action to take.
